Internalisasi Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Agama Islam Melalui Ekstrakurikuler PMR di MAN 4 Kediri Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of various extracurricular activities in MAN 4 Kediri so that it greatly influences the attitudes and behavior of students in MAN 4 Kediri. However, teachers still make efforts to include the values of Islamic Religious Education which are the characteristics of the madrasah into the extracurricular activities in MAN 4 Kediri. The extracurricular activities in MAN 4 Kediri are very diverse, one of the big extracurricular activities in MAN 4 Kediri is the PMR extracurricular because many students take part in the PMR extracurricular, so the internalization of the values of Islamic Religious Education through the PMR extracurricular has a great influence. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the study show that 1) the process of internalizing the values of Islamic Religious Education is applied in PMR extracurricular activities in MAN 4 Kediri, namely: the planning stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. 2) the values of Islamic Religious Education that have been successfully internalized through extracurricular activities of PMR at MAN 4 Kediri, namely: the value of monotheism, moral values, and sharia values. 3) the impact of internalization of the values of Islamic Religious Education through extracurricular activities of PMR at MAN 4 Kediri, namely: changes in attitude, influence on the curriculum, and increased knowledge.
