Every human being who has been born in the world needs education. Education can broaden knowledge, develop potential, and shape a person's character. Considering that teaching is essentially a teacher's effort to create a learning situation, the implementation of the method used by the teacher must be able to foster various learning activities for students in relation to teaching activities. In teaching, teachers rarely use one method, because they realize that all methods have their advantages and disadvantages. then it can be understood that the use of appropriate and varied methods can be used as a tool for extrinsic motivation in learning activities in madrasahs. This study aims to determine (1) How is the planning of practice-based fiqh learning at MTS Al-Mahrusiyah Kediri? (2) How is the practice of fiqh learning at MTS Al-Mahrusiyah Kediri? (3) How is the evaluation of practice-based fiqh learning at MTS Al-Mahrusiyah Kediri? This study is a study using a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the findings was checked by extending the researcher's participation: source and method triangulation techniques. The results of this study are (1) The planning includes the creation of RPP (Learning Process Plan), the purpose of which is to formulate learning objectives, mastery of materials, prepare methods, tools and learning media and prepare learning evaluations (2) requires teachers to take three steps, namely (a) appreciation, namely greetings and checking student attendance (b) core activities by providing materials and students are asked to practice (c) closing, namely greetings and prayers (3) in this case using three methods (a) written by giving questions to students (b) oral by asking several questions to students (c) student presentation by directly seeing what students do
