Abstract

This research aims to describe teachers' efforts in cultivating the character of mutual cooperation through the Project for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) at MAN 4 Kediri. This research uses a qualitative approach, descriptive. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Teachers play an important role in cultivating the character of mutual cooperation through P5. Teacher efforts include planning, implementation, and assessment. P5 is effective in instilling the character of mutual cooperation in students. This factor is supported by teacher commitment, school principal support, and parent involvement.  Inhibiting factors: time, resources, and parental understanding. Teachers have an important role in cultivating the character of mutual cooperation through P5. P5 is effective in instilling the character of mutual cooperation in students. It requires commitment from all parties to increase the effectiveness of P5.
