Teachers are professionals who are tasked with teaching knowledge and acting as educators, mentors, instructors, directors, trainers, assessors, and evaluators for students. Religious moderation involves balancing personal religious beliefs and respect for different religious practices. With the many cases of intolerance in education, teachers and schools need to implement the values of religious moderation. This study aims to: (1) Assess the role of teachers in implementing religious moderation at SMAN 1 Puncu. (2) Identify the challenges faced by teachers in implementing these values. (3) Analyze the impact of implementing moderation values on students' social interactions. (4) Assess school policies that support implementing religious moderation values. The type of research used is qualitative with a case study method, through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that (1) learning is provided by each religion, (2) Inhibiting factors include extreme student views and limited facilities and supporting factors include school support and the principle of religious freedom. (3) The implementation of religious moderation strengthens social interactions between students and reduces gangs in schools. (4) Schools support teachers through workshops and additional training. Teachers are vital in shaping the educational landscape, acting as educators, mentors, instructors, directors, trainers, assessors, and evaluators. Religious moderation is essential; it requires a balance between personal beliefs and genuine respect for diverse religious practices. In light of the rising cases of intolerance in education, it is imperative for teachers and schools to actively implement the values of religious moderation.
